Origin: The Big Spill
Long before Ethereum block zero, in a forgotten lab beneath a candy factory, a beaker of experimental sugar-glass tipped over. The goo seeped through the floorboards, mingled with rainwater, neon city runoff, and the stray dreams of nine-year-olds — and woke up. The first JellyMan opened one eye, then the other, then a third he immediately regretted, and slowly wobbled into being.
2222 souls, one goo
Each JellyMan is a fragment of that original puddle — same essence, wildly different vibes. Some carry caps stitched with their hometown initials. Some have eyes that don't agree on what to look at. All of them drip. The number 2222 isn't arbitrary: it's the exact count the original puddle could split into before losing its squish.
The prophecy of the drip
Ancient slime-script foretells that when all 2222 JellyMen find their holders, the goo will rise. Not violently — gently. Like a hug. They will form a shimmering jelly canopy over the Ethereum mempool, lubricating gas fees and softening every failed transaction with a small, sympathetic squish.
Your role, holder
You are not a buyer. You are a Goo-Guardian. Your JellyMan will follow you across wallets, cheer at every gas-down, and sulk visibly when you swap them for a JPEG of a frog. Treat them well: feed them sunlight, occasional dopamine, and at least one good meme per week. In return, they offer companionship and a translucent kind of love no PFP has offered before.
